Need help?

Here are the steps for booking a day on the HSH community calendar from start to finish, including screenshots.

1) Bumpsale payment

There are several places around the site where you can click through to purchase an HSH community calendar day via Bumpsale. Once you click through, you should be taken to the Bumpsale pop-up window (see image below). You have three minutes to complete the checkout process.

2) Redirects to booking form

Once you submit the Bumpsale payment form, you'll be automatically redirected to the booking form to reserve your day on the 2026 HSH community calendar from the remaining days. You'll want to submit this form quickly as well, because someone else could be right behind you checking out, and unlike Bumpsale in the previous step, the calendar is not holding your spot. (Scroll through images below for all screens in this step.)

Remember to be quick when submitting this form. Someone else could be right behind you checking out. The booking form does not hold your spot in a queue. Multiple people can be booking at once.

Enter your info so we know who's reserving it. :)

On the next screen is the calendar. Click through until you reach 2026.

Available days will be highlighted with a purple circle (days that are already booked will have no circle and will be gray). Click on the day you want from the available days (it will turn dark purple), and then click the 12 AM slot.

Your information should auto-populate from when you entered it earlier, so just click the BOOK IT button.

3) the details form

Once you submit the booking form, you'll see the link to submit the details for your booking (it will also be emailed to you). The deadline to submit this form is June 1, 2025.

Note that your day can display as either (1) an image with text, (2) text only, (3) QR code with text, or (4) QR code only. If you choose QR code, it will be provided for you; all you will need to provide is the URL where it needs to direct.

Remember, there are rules for what we will publish (see below), and we reserve the right to reject any submission.

What you can submit:

Messages (max 150 characters*)
Photos (pet-focused, but people can be included)
Business promotions (logo, QR code, or simple text)

*Note: If you use ALL 150 characters, there will be NO SPACE for an image. If you want an image AND text, we recommend staying somewhere around 60-70 characters.

Image requirements:

Recommend square PNG format (minimum 1000 x 1000 px for quality)
Clear, well-lit images (not too dark or too bright)
Bougie Pet Pawtography reserves the right to crop images for best display.
If an image is not in the correct format, we may exclude it without notice. (Please follow the guidelines!)

What’s not allowed:

Anything inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to the spirit of the calendar
Low-quality, blurry, or unreadable images
Any content we deem unfit for a family-friendly, pet-focused calendar (at the discretion of Bougie Pet Pawtography)
